Moritz Bak's interest in wine started at an early age and he spent lots of time travelling and working in the vineyards. He then returned to Rousillon in the foothills of the French Pyrenees and selected the vineyard sites which would produce grapes with which he could realise his vision. Tough terrain = the finest wine. His first vintage was produced in 2014.

In this session we’ll be talking Merlot Madness (2018, 75cl, 14%). 100% Merlot. Hand harvested grapes from his small organic vineyard. An easy drinking red wine with soft tannins. 🍾 Forget what the film Sideways states (!), we love the comforting nature of a modern merlot. We’d love you to join us *chin chin*
