Riesling made in London from grapes grown in Pfalz, Germany.

“Light-coloured and zingy with lime, apricot and peaches.

“The grapes were pressed off the skins and cold settled for 24 hours. It was then inoculated with a yeast strain and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10/15 days. It continued to age in stainless steel for 5 months before it was sterile filtered and bottled.”
