Chateau La Colombiere Bande De Sauvages 2022 13% 75cl Bottle

The Colombière vineyard was re-worked back in the 1980’s by Baron Francois de Driesen. The winery is now run by his daughter Diane and her husband Phillipe Cauvin. Working biodynamically they produce wines from the rare and indigenous Bouysselet grape as well as local Negrette.

Based just north of Toulouse. 

This wine has notes of elderflower and honeysuckle and is fresh and aromatic.
